I thought I would write my reviews from Angela's wedding since sometimes it's nice to get a guest's perspective.
Venue: Trinity Audobon Center
I really liked this place. I thought it was very different, laid out nicely and the ceremony area was really lovely. My only complaint as a guest was the long walk on the gravely parking lot in heels. I heard that there were some AC issues but I was perfectly comfortable.
Catering: Glory House
The food was delicious. The spinach stuffed chicken was my favorite. Also the staff was really nice too--I didn't know what to drink so I told the bartender to make me "something fruity with vodka" which he did. The drinks were not very strong--but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
Cake: Candy Haven
I enjoyed my slice of cake and it was really beautiful too.
DJ: Glenn Roush
Anyone who knows me knows I love Glenn but I will try to be objective--I thought he did great and there was someone dancing at every song. I sat and watched and everyone looked to be enjoying themselves. The reception flowed at the proper pace.
Premiere Booth: Everyone seemed to enjoy the photobooth and the guy had no problem with all 7 of us Knotties crowding in the booth to take our picture!
Flowers: MegB Designs
I loved Angela's flowers--the pastels were lovely with her color scheme and the milk glass. I have terrible allergies but Tiffany swore she could even smell the flowers on the table. I loved the color scheme of the gold linens with the milk glass and pastel flowers and the "fresh from the garden look" Angela wanted was perfect I thought. She apparently had to use fake candles but in the frosted votives, you couldn't even tell they weren't real.
Lighting: I am not sure if Glenn or TAC provided the lighting but Angela had the one wall light up with soft purple lighting and it was really pretty.
