Hello all! I have decided that I NEED to do something about my weight because what I've been doing lately is only making things worse. I'm hoping by making myself post in the accountability posts on here I will keep on track a bit better. I bought my dress in August for my May wedding and at the time the size I bought was a little tight in the stomach area and by losing 5-10 pounds would have really helped. WELL now I've gained 10 more pounds since then so there is no way my dress is going to fit at the rate I'm going. I have bought myself a little book to keep track of what I'm eating each day. My fianace is away working right now so I find myself snacking ALOT. I am trying to exercise more but sometimes would rather just sit on the couch. I do find all your accountability posts very helpful and I look forward to reading more and hopefully using this board as motivation!! Thanks in advance ladies and good luck!!!
