Good morning! It was so hard to get out of bed this morning!

B-apple cinnamon overnight oats

L- left over chicken, steamed veggies, and mac and cheese

D- smart one

E- going to the gym after work.

    L: don't know... I'll pick up something relatively healthy at school?

    D: lean cuisine or maybe a take-out sandwich if i feel like celebrating (first exam of the semester today, and I think I'm going to rock it!)

    E: 4.5mi running... I meant to go this morning, but it's thunderstorming here, so I'll do it after school.

  • ugh back to work today! yuck!
    B- scrambled eggs (1 whole, 2 whites), cheese, light wheat toast, coffee
    S- yogurt
    L- ground turkey taco wrap (leftover form last night)
    D- ?  maybe the rest of the chicken dish I made over the weekend

    E- HIIT and biceps/tricpes
  • Good morning.  It's raining here, which means traffic was a total monster.  Boo.

    B: Overnight oats w/ balkan style yogurt, almond milk, mixed berry protein powder, raspberries and 1/2 banana, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: cottage cheese and an apple
    L: salad w/ spinach, chicken, green onions, avocado and some left over quinoa
    S: yogurt w/ protein powder and raspberries
    D: spinach and turkey bacon frittata

    E: FBB Base Phase Workout B3
    PW: protein shake w/ mixed berries, milk and protein powder

  • I love Fall!!  Bring it on :)  I keep checking my wedding day forecast.. 76 and SUNNY :)  Im crossing my fingers

  • Morning ladies! I didn't get my workout in last night- I got my DRESS!
    I love it, more than when I tried the sample on a couple months ago. I am also glad that now I can see the areas I want to focus on a bit more, such as arms, back , shoulders, tummy,etc.

    B- oatmeal
    S- baby carrots
    L- pimiento cheese on wheat rolls
    S- pineapple chobani
    D- scrambled eggs, maple sausage and apples

    E- 60 min zumba class
  • It's a beautiful FALL day! I can't believe it actually feels like fall! Where I live, it usually goes from 99* to 30* in a week so this 70* weather is awesome.

    B - vanilla greek yogurt, pumpkin, Kashi GoLean crunch cereal + coffee
    S - carrots and hummus
    L - spinach salad with salmon, bell pepper, mushrooms, feta, black beans, broccoli slaw and balasmic dressing
    S - honeycrisp apple (my fav!)
    D - spicy baked chicken and roasted baby potatoes

    E - since it's cooled down, I might actually get to run outside before 10 pm!

  • My hammies HURT today.  I did the On Demand quickie version of boost your metabolism, and the shred weights kettleball routine last night.  Ouch.  But in a good way.

    B- OO w/ pumpkin, greek yogurt, splenda, pumpkin spice.  Apple.
    L- LC asiago cheese and tortellini.  I adore lean cuisines steam bag meals.  string beans, dole apple crisp bowl thingy

    D-?  Maybe left overs again? Depends on how much I feel like doing today.

    E- Gym, since the great outdoors is pouring.  Although the sun did just peek out.  :)

  • I'm jealous of the fall weather! Yesterday was the hottest day every recorded in LA- 113. And so dry- it felt like an oven.

    I have jury duty today for the first time, so it is throwing my schedule off a bit. Not sure how long I'll have for lunch, or what is close by.

    b- sweet potato with pumpkin pie spice
    s- Kind fruit and nut bar
    l- ??
    d- frozen pasta/chicken dish from trader joe's, broccoli
    s- baked peaches

    e- depends on when I get out of jury duty....maybe elliptical, maybe Zumba- today is my all-cardio day.
  • Im jealous of the fall weather too!!!!!  It SHOULD be a comfy 60-70 here in RI, but instead it's a super humid 75 out today.... grrrrr....Im ready for sweatshirts!!!!!!!

    L: turley and provolone on wheat, potato chips

    S: banana, and maybe hot chocolate
    D: hopefully the grilled chicken that we didn't get around to cooking last night.
  • We also call it Whole Paycheque. ;)  I love going there for lunch, but it's so freaking expensive!  One fo the few in Canada is 5 minutes from my work.  I don't go there often, but it's nice when I need to find something "weird".
