I am soooo excited!!!  I weight in at WW this week and lost 4lbs last week!!!  I know it isn't realistic to maintain that type of weight loss but after 16 weeks into the program this is EXACTLY the boost I needed!!!

I don't have a # that I am striving for..I have a feeling...I want to be happy, healthy and look amazing on our wedding day...and no matter what the number on the scale will be it will be.

Thanks everyone!! I am doing a fitness program called, ease to 5k and also doing weight watchers...the biggest change I made was bringing a salad every day for lunch with 4oz of flank steak and only one table spoon of raspberry line vinaigrette. Breakfast is 3 egg whites and one yolk. Snack is grapes or carrots. Then I eat a balanced dinner.
