ahhh Monday again....really????
B- quaker oatmeal square cereal with skim milk, coffee
L- homeade grilled chicken wrap with salsa, homeade guac, and light cheese
D- turkey chili with light corn bread

E- HIIT

    B:  Vanilla protein shake
    S:  green apple
    L:  spinach salad with grilled chicken, broc, and red peppers
    S:  greek yogurt
    D:  ??

    E:  a.m. P90x chest and back and ab ripper
        p.m. kickboxing class
  • Monday's are crappy, but I'm only working until Thursday this week, so something to look forward to. FI and I went apple picking this weekend, we now have 25lbs of apples. I think we'll be eating one with every meal from now until mid-October.

    b-life, coffee, milk
    l-chobani and an apple.
    d-turkey sandwich and another apple. FI MIGHT make apple crisp tonight, so I'll have a bite if he does.

    e-60 minutes ellpitical and then arms/abs

  • Mmmmmm, apples.  I may or may not be going to a conference today.  I really don't want to.  Boo.

    B: overnight oats w/ pumpkin puree, 1% plain yogurt, almond milk and pumpkin pie spice, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: apple and string cheese
    L: salad w/ field greens, chicken, tomato and avocado
    S: yogurt w/ protein powder and raspberries
    D: bbq'd chicken and broccoli

  • I had a very...indulgent...weekend, so back on track I go!

    B - Vanilla chobani with 1/2 banana, 6 strawberries, 1/3 cup Kashi GoLean
    S - canteloupe and grapes
    L - spinach salad with turkey, hard boiled egg, broccoli slaw, bell pepper, mushrooms, chickpeas, black beans, etc. with balasmic dressing
    S - other 1/2 banana, baby carrots and hummus, an apple
    D - probably a lean cuisine of some sort

    E - body attack (1 hour cardio class), strength training after (triceps and back)
