Ok ladies, I am a waitress and work until 10pm, 12am, or 2am.....I go in around 5 so I have to eat dinner early sometimes. What am I supposed to do when I get off work and am hungry? I get free food when I work, and I try to make healthy choices, but sometimes that is hard. Does anyone else work late at night and have any advice? I try to bring a granola bar or fruit to snack on if I can, but that is not always possible since we are usually really busy.....any tips would be helpful!! I feel like it's the change I need to increase my weight loss.
