Wednesday WW Accountability

Morning!  Yesterday was less of an epic fail than Monday, but still not good. I'm up 2 lbs from last week but I'm not surprised at all.  My goal for this week is to just try to not gain, with the stress of my dissertation defense I can't really push for more than that.

D: more meatloaf (5) with mashed potatoes (5) and a veggie (0)
