Hi! I am a month and a half away from my wedding and just had my dress fitting. Fortunately no big adjustments had to be done but the top part of my dress fit very very and I mean very snug! I am a thin lady but I admit I could lose an inch or two around my belly/waistline just so I can be comfortable in my dress. I really dont need a diet just some excercise tips on how to minimize my middle section. Do any of you have any tips?
