  • AND it's cinnamon raisen peanut butter on a cinnamon raisen bagel thin.... MmmmmLaughing It's worth the points. And I find if I don't have a satisfying breakfast that the rest of my day is not so good so I sacrfice the pts!

  • I'm freaking out about this weekend while we're away. I have only been doing weight watchers for 6 weeks now.... So I feel like I'm still new at this, you know?

    I am not going to be able to get points out of my mind while we're "away" And I know that my FI & her/our daughter will be eating kinda crappy.

    I have a plan for Saturday... but Its still going to be hard to stick with any major plan I have...

    What I worry about is that I'm going get a taste of what I like.... too much of a taste and resort back to it! I feel like I'm addicted to fast food/fatty foods... I've lost 18lbs so far, and I REALLY want to get down atleast another 15lbs before the wedding. Then my bigger goal to get down another 15/20lbs. . .

    Anyone have any ideas? suggestions?

  • Imark... yeah I'm going to try a bigger breakfast next week sometime, see how my day goes. I always like using more of my points for dinner. Especially when my FI cooks dinner & I have no idea what she's cooking each day!! :):) grrr.

    Marie-  Honestly, it helped me a lot to have something with me that reminded me of my goals.  When I had to travel a bunch the month before my wedding, I would look at my engagement ring and think about how I wanted to feel on my wedding day.  Fit, pretty, healthy, and proud of myself.  It kept me away from the cookies, or at least kept me from eating more than one.

    I'm having a really hard time eating/drinking well.  I do well during the day, but when I get home at night I'm struggling with a combination of pain from my ankle (enter the wine) and "cabin fever" from being stuck on the couch (enter the ice cream/cookies).

    I've been pretty good today. I made good choices, but probably ate too much for breakfast. Oh well. Excited about dinner tonight.
