Power foods

So I am at the 4 months mark and need to get serious. I realized that if I don't start now I am going to keep putting it off and not look how I want for the weddding. So today I have a new mind set. I am not going to "diet" I am going to eat less calories, make better choices and work out like a mo-fo. The working out part is easy for me. It is the eating part I struggle with. Mostly because I am a junk food junkie who is super picky.

I have tried WW in the past, but I felt like I was eating a lot of low calorie soups and little meals and when you work out hard and weight train I didn't felt like it was enough protein and power foods.  So I am just going to follow my own plan of eating the right foods.

For those also working out a lot I thought we could start a list of power foods packed with good nutrients and protein.

I will start:

I love Atkins Chocolate Peanut Butter Advantage Protein Bars
Tuna Fish (on wheat or no bread in a bowl)
Weight Control Quaker Instant Oatmeal
Weight Watchers yogurt
