Question about bulking up....

I naturally build muscle easily. I am short and stocky! Are there any excersises that I can do to avoid getting "too bulky". Or is it just going to happen? I want to keep lifting some, to aid my weight loss, but when I get to my goal, should I change my routine? I am not paranoid about bulking up. Just interested in what you guys think! :D
