Happy Friday ladies! I'm so thankful we're almost to the weekend!

B - Raisin and Spice Instant Oatmeal, Banana, Coffee
S - WW String Cheese
L - Shrimp Kabob Salad
S - Pear, Dark Chocolate Pomegranates
D - TBD

E - Bowling tonight. Other than that, it's a rest day!

  • I realy need to get back on the daily accountability bandwagon! I've been such a slacker lately!

    B: Kashi granola bar
    S: Strawberries
    L: TBD all I realy want is some hummus from Zoe's...maybe FI will go with me
    D: Strawberry and feta salad.
  • Good Morning!

    B: bagel thin with reduced fat plain cream cheese.
    S: Vuka Energy Drink...I swear it is like crack.
    L: Turkey, mixed greens, and cucumber on ciabatta with fruit of some kind on the side.
    S: Almonds
    D: TBD

    E: I've had a lot of intense workouts this week so I am allowed a rest day of only doing 1 hour of ashtanga yoga... otherwise if I'm motivated I may do 30 minutes of cardio plus strength training.

    S: Chobani yogurt
    L: Turkey sandwich on light wheat bread, carrots and caramel rce cakes
    S: light string cheese
    D: lean cuisine and probably some pistachios

    E: 45 mins of cardio on the elliptical or an hour spining class (depends on how late I am at work)

    L: Leftover enchilada
    S: Cottage cheese
    D: TBD but some friends invited us over for dinner and I made pound cake for dessert, so something tells me this will be a cheat meal

    E: Turbo Jam

  • Morning. So glad it's friday!

    B- low fat waffle with some peanut butter
    PW- mixed berry protein shake
    L- either some pasta or a smart one
    D- idk yet maybe another smart one

    E- 1 hour cardio, ab and arms
  • I am super determined to not let my good calorie counting and motivation go out the window this weekend. This is dangerous because I'm not sure what's happening yet for dinner, but if we do go out, I WILL NOT overeat!

    B- Hard boiled egg
    S- trail mix
    L- Chinese chicken salad (shredded cabbage, carrots, chicken, asian dressing)
    S- Banana, if I'm hungry
    D- Not sure!

    E- Jog a mile at the gym at lunch.
  • Yay! FRIDAY!!!

    B: Instant oatmeal, Banana
    S: Mango slices, grapes
    L: Turkey Sandwich from Subway
    D: Either vegetable soup or hummus.


    E: Probably walk or exercise DVD.... we'll see when I get home

    So so so SO glad it's Friday! I am very tempted to leave early today. It's been that kind of week.

    B: 1 eggs scramble, nf cheese, canadian bacon, chocolate milk
    L: Buffalo chicken salad, no dressing (the buffalo sauce does the trick)
    S: Maybe a very very small piece of the tres leches cake I brought into work so that other people would eat it and I wouldn't be stuck with it at hom. The downside of this is that I really really want some!
    D: No idea. We may be going down to the city tonight, so we may be eating out.

    E: Strength this AM - arms, back. Taking the puppies for a walk when I get home, and then probably walking around Old City Philly for First Friday, so that will be a good 2 hours of walking.
