Workout Accountability :)

Happy Monday! 

I made it to spin class this morning.  After 2 weeks of really slacking (I call it recovering) I'm back at it.  I'd like to focus this week on eating cleaner and stepping up my workouts.  I'll be taking it easy as far as running goes, but I'm definitely hitting up a few spin classes and some weightlifting this week.

How did you guys do over the weekend?  What's this week's goal for you?
