I did my first day of P90X last night. I was pretty skeptical as I've always kind of thought "no way will I get as good of a workout in front of my TV as I will going to the gym" but boooooooy was I wrong. I'm not kidding you, that was the best workout I've ever done, and I didn't even do it all the way! I didn't realize that it required a pull up bar (which I don't have, and I don't have bands) so I was just copying what the guy with bands did only with hand weights instead (I figured it'll do for now until I can get a pullup bar/bands) and I ended up pretty much collapsing on the floor after 45 minutes! That workout is INTENSE!
Is anyone else doing the P90X challenge? FI is supposed to be doing with me, but he already slacked off and didn't do the first day (we work opposite schedules so we can only work out together on his days off) and is making excuses, so I need some other people who want to support eachother as we get through this!
P.S. 89 days (yes...I will be having a countdown in my house. I have a calendar Xing off the days. haha)
