Getting in Shape

Getting back to it! Help Me Please

HI everyone,
I used to run a lot in high school and two years into college. I ended up just kinda quiting when I was done running for college in 2008, but trained for a half marathon this past summer. Once September came and the half marathon was done, I really did not have time to run having to student teach full time and working part time, it was to dark outside in the morning and by the time I got home. I need motivation to get to the gym and get back into the shape that I really want to be in. My wedding is 4/20/13. Help me Please!

  • Join us daily for out workout accountability. We all just post whether or not we have achieved our goal for the day. Its nice to keep in mind that you're not alone in attempting to acheive your workout goals. Eat well, exercise, and you can do anything you set your mind to. Good luck!

  • I have just Joined a gym... It opens next week. I would like to lose between 15 and 20 pounds. I do not want to get buff but would like to  be toned!
