Just started yesterday after being a mostly 2-mi-a-day walker, elliptical user and occasional 10-minute-at-a-time treadmill runner. I'm nervous, but so far I REALLY love this program. I need to lose 15 pounds before my next fitting in 16 weeks, and at 33 years old, I'm having trouble dropping like I used to. Fingers crossed it works fairly quickly.
Anyone else see success on this program?
