Morning everyone!
Last night was a lifting night for me. I decided not to up my weights this week, and just stick to the same weights/reps I was doing before I got sick. It was definitely the right call, since my body is finally fully recovered from my cold. I also did the elliptical for some cardio.
Tonight should be a 3-5 mile run. Hopefully I don't cramp up like I did Monday.
How did everyone else do?
