I'm noticing a lot of newbie posts, so I figured I would join in and introduce myself. I'm Lauren and I'm getting married August 2011. Nothing has given me more motivation to drop some pounds than the big dress! Of course, I haven't been happy about my weight for awhile and I'm just glad that I've started doing something about it.
I have a gym membership and I try to go at least three times a week. I also signed up for a bride-to-be bootcamp in March (through the gym) that will be happening twice a week for a month. Finally, I've stopped drinking Cokes and eating fast food and I'm trying my hardest to make (or buy) meals with fresh ingredients. I've also started eating healthier snacks throughout the day.
Anyway, sorry for the novel. I'm looking forward to staying motivated and I think visiting this board will help!
