Getting in Shape

Newbie to the shape board! :)

Hi ladies! Thought I'd get in the groove with everyone trying to tone up for the big day! My wedding is in about 8 months! Last night I went and tried on what I thought would be my perfect dream dress..and I was right. :) It's amazing, I'm probably going to buy it next weekend! Anyhoo. I'd like to lose 5 lbs and tone up my whole body for the big day, honeymoon and to be healthier! I love pasta, pizza and bread. Hehe, so it's tough to stop eating those things-but I've gotten better! I've been working out semi-regularly. Today I worked my legs, abs, and did the treadmill for 35 min (fast walking while changing up the incline-eventually getting to incline 15) If anyone wants to be my virtual workout buddy that would be awesome!

  • Welcome & good for you!

Pizza, bread and pasta are my favorite foods too haha. They aren't BAD for you..just remember, moderation! Also there are tons of recipes out there to load those things up with veggies and other stuff that make it better for you.
