Hi everyone, I've never posted on here before but I decided I need to get off my butt and get in shape, and I thought some accountability (or straight up guilt..) might help. I ordered 30 Day Shred, and it should be here tomorrow, so I'll be starting it in the next couple days. Anyone else want to start at the same time and we can compare sore muscles and be each other's conscience? I've heard it's really hard, at least at first, and I'm in pretty bad shape, so I'm doing my best not to chicken out...
