Workout Log: Going public for accountability!

I have decided to start posting my workout log every day, because if it's public, it adds a whole new level of accountability. I figure that even if only one person reads it, others know, and I don't want to go a day knowing someone else saw my failure. It's high time that I step it up and do a little something everyday.

Even if it's doing just 10 push ups, every little bit counts. By doing something every day, it all adds up and that's how habits are formed. It's so much easier to start with a small goal like "I'll do 10 burpees a day for a week" than to say "I'm going to lose 20 lbs by this date".

Anyways, that was my spiel. Today, I walked the dogs 2 miles, and although I think I was a little heavy on carbs, I stayed under my limit! I'm actually writing this while on night shift, too, so the fact that I haven't been snacking tonight is really exciting! Tomorrow, I really would like to run. My new mantra: every little bit counts!
