I often try a new workout, either a class or a DVD, and my muscles will KILL me the next day. I will try the same workout again in a week or so, and I won't feel sore at all.
This just happened to me with the abs workout on the Personal Training with Jackie: Circuit Training DVD, and it's happened several times with other workouts. I never do the same workout twice in the same week, and I know my body isn't getting used to the workout after ONE time, so what am I doing wrong?
Anyone have any ideas?
