Last week

I fit perfectly in my dress and am ready to go but Im curious what everyone is doing to stay on track this last week. 

Im trying to limit salt and soda intake to no tbe bloated and trying to relax. I know I cannot drop any weight this week. I took some pics a few weeks ago in regular clothes and I felt like I looked a little heavy. 

Any suggestions for poses to make myself esp my arms look slimmer? 

Im worried Ill look fat in the pics.
