Any suggestions

Hi, I am looking into some workout dvds. Any suggestions preferably a 30 day work out routine or something along that line. I am decently fit, but just getting bored of the whole gym scene.

Re: Any suggestions

  • 30 Day Shred, Insanity, Bridalicious Bootcamp, NYC Ballet Workout,... those are my most frequently watched at the moment.  I get bored really easily.
  • 30 Day Shred or for something more difficult, P90X. H and I did it for awhile last year and saw some good results, but then the wedding came, and we stopped :( I also really like Jackie Warner's circuit training DVD.

  • Another vote for 30 day shred! I apparently have commitment issues so I haven't actually done a full 30 days yet, but what I have done has been awesome. Great workout in a short amount of time. I've heard great things about other Jillian videos too.

If you have a gaming console, I really love Zumba, Just Dance and Dance Central on the Kinect. Makes me enjoy my workout!

  • I like Ripped in 30 (Jillian Michaels) and another vote for Jackie Warner's Circuit Training. The nice thing about Jackie's DVD is that each body part only takes 15 minutes, and you can do the workouts individually or together.

I also like 1 Minute Workout: Total Body Toning. I've had it since it came out in 2005, and I still use it and enjoy it. Minna uses very light weights, but you can use whatever weights you want to feel the burn. It's impossible to get bored, since you literally NEVER do the same workout twice.

  • I love Turbo Fire. It is a 90 day program but I have never seen my butt lift so quickly. It is a different video each day to keep you from getting bored too. Much more aimed at a womans body then I found P90x to be.

    Goo Luck!
