I have somewhat of a crazy schedule this week, so FI pre-made me a bunch of chicken so I could just reheat it + steam some veggies for meals when I basically had no time (I also wanted to cut back on the going out to lunch spending lots of money mode).
Just had some for lunch, it was delish! Incredibly flavorful (this delicious mix of spices) and moist, but yet he used only white meat and no fat while cooking (don't worry, I still get in my daily healthy fat quota

). Having weight loss support is the best....
