Hello Ladies! I did an okay job this weekend - made it to a body combat class on Saturday morning and a yoga class yesterday evening...eating was sub par though. Trying to start off strong for the week!

L: Homemade low calorie turkey chili; nectarine
S: apple; fruit cereal bar

No workout tonight - grad class
