Tuesday Accountability

B: Oatmeal, dried cranberries, coffee & soymilk
S: Soy yogurt
L: Leftover pizza (last of it, finally), carrots & applesauce
D: Turkey burgers

There are muffins from Starbucks for the office calling my name. Ug. Must resist.

Also, I did my first run of 30DS last night, I'm a smidge sore today. I'm going to try to do it again tonight before I get too stiff :D

  • B: fibre one cereal w/ protein powder, raisins and skim milk, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: plain FF yogurt w/ protein powder and pecans
    L: tuna sandwich on pumpernickel w/ mixed greens "salad" (just the lettuce, no toppings!)
    S: 1% cottage cheese w/ unsalted cashews
    D: turkey sausages and salad.

    E: rest day!

    L- spring mix salad w/ red wine vinagrette

    D- grilled chicken breast, brown rice, salad

    E- 30 min eliptical, back & bicepts
  • B: whole wheat english muffin w/ 1 T pb, coffee
    S: protein shake
    L: turkey and lauging cow light on wheat sandwich thin, apple
    S: greek yogurt w/ honey
    D: salad, homemade enchiladas (small portion)

    E: P90X, Week 2 Day 1 (back and biceps I think)
