Getting in Shape

Workout Accountability: Tuesday

Morning!

Last night I ran 4.5 miles.  I had to skip out on abs and stretching because my stomach started hurting Frown  but I'm glad I got my run in at least.

Tonight is weights for legs and the elliptical.

How did you all do?

  • heyjude- I hate when my body acts up and I can't complete a workout... it's frustrating.

    I did my 20/20/20 workout I haven't done in a long time.  

    20min of "sprints" while doing intervals on the cross ramp
    20min (equaled 3 complete sets) of bi's tri's and shoulders
    20min stretching and abs.

    Tonight I will hopefully do a run and some abs.

  • Did my p90x--tonight was Cardio X. 40 minutes of high intensity aerobic exercise. Thought I was going to die--feeling good now though. Congrats to everyone for sticking to your workout plans! It is so hard to be disciplined, but so worth it :)

  • I did my interval training uphill on the treadmill for 26 mins last night. Mty stomach hurt as well, so I had to slow it down. So frustrating!
