....its 8:45am and I've already eaten half of a choc chip cookie.. (homemade) YEAH! its a problem... I'm throwing the other half away. I feel gross.

    You are not alone, I walked past the plate of brownies on the counter like 5 times this morning it took everything in me not to take a huge bite!

  • I feel you girls! Everytime I work which is 40 hours a week I am snacking at work. This week I have learned to keep an apple or banana in my purse!

  • well.... i didn't stay to what i was supposed to eat!!! omggg...

    I had Rio Grande for lunch! FI & I went... sta outside, had chips & salsa, chicken fajitas...

    I got to work... had a couple cashews/peanuts...

    WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!!

    im so angry with myself.... even a walk isn't going to make me feel any better :(
