Bridalicious Boot Camp

Hey everyone!
My Bridalicious Boot Camp just came in today! I'm so excited to get started! ... and terrified haha
I live in a dorm, so for anyone whose done the workouts, will I be able to use these workouts in my dorm room or do I need to move it to a study lounge? I'd rather work out in my room but if I'm going to be tripping over my bed and futon then I guess there's nothing I can do about that :P

I joined UGA's Biggest Loser competition also so I'm hoping between that and the Bridalicious Boot Camp, I'll be able to lose weight and keep it off.

Hi AbiZ and thanks for the shout out <a href="http://www.theknot.com/profiles/kwitherington/wedding-planner/favorites" target="_blank" class="username_knot">kwitherington</a><img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-smile.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /> Excited to have you on board the Bridalicious express! Yes, there's a lot of jumping and bounding, so you will likely want to move it to the lounge. Come visit me on the Bridalicious board:<a href=" http://forums.theknot.com/Sites/theknot/Pages/Main.aspx/wedding-boards_bridalicious-30-day-get-fit-challenge" rel="nofollow"> http://forums.theknot.com/Sites/theknot/Pages/Main.aspx/wedding-boards_bridalicious-30-day-get-fit-challenge</a>
and also find me on our FB page which I see you already LIKED - yea!

  • Thanks! I'll definitelly check the bridalicious board out! Hopefully my residents won't think I'm weird working out in the lounge! haha Who knows, maybe some will join in!

One of my primary goals is losing weight to look better in my dress. Its a little tight right now (I can breath and sit down in it though! :P) but my dress is strapless so I want to minimize armpit and back fat as much as possible! I plan on using the bridalicious boot camp beyond my wedding date as well. If I'm going to work hard to get the pounds off, why not keep it off as long as possible? Hopefully, since I joined the biggest loser competition through my school, I'll be able to keep myself accountable for my weekly workouts and diet. This is my last semester, so hopefully I'll be able to balance working out, student teaching and work without getting too stressed out!
