hey there i have been browsing here for a few days and since im going to start a more strict diet and excercise soon to loose 15-20lbs i think its a good idea to begin posting!
i just got diagnosed with hashimoto's thyroiditis and have gained like 30 lbs in the past months. lately i have been so bummed with my appearance and i have started changing habits, like i only drink water im doing 5-6 meals in a day (3 meals, 2-3 snacks) eating breakfast, eating fruits and salad, and i am starting a gym this week.
any ideas on programs i could do at the gym? im thinking pilates, yoga, or kick boxing
