New to Weight Watchers

  • hi there, the only tip i have is follow the plan! it works and it's easy to follow. due to my own sabatoage behaviour i stopped after i lost 10 lbs but i'm jumping right back on

    definitely be honest about all that you are eating and make sure you track. that plus at min 3 days of cardio and resistance training should really show results.
  • Find a bunch of free or one point snacks and keep them handy, especially at work!  We really like the light Laughing Cow cheese wedges (1 point!) with veggies.  If you plan ahead, you don't end up hitting the vending machine.
  • It works. Follow the plan and track. If you are going out to eat, plan ahead. Agree with the PP about low point snacks. If you can, keep a fruit basket at your desk. I always have apples, bananas and oranges in mine.

    I have lost 56lbs. so far.
  • Thanks!  Today was hard because we went to visit my grandmom and she made a yummy dinner but I did limit my self and kept where I should
  • I just started and am down 5lbs! Go to YouTube and search WW hauls and you will get tons of tips and great food ideas. I'm starting P90X too!
  • It works amazing! Drink lots of water and exercise and make sure you eat! My trainer told me when you wake up drink 16 oz bottle of water, it helps to start off your day and also great for your skin - GOOD LUCK!
