Ceremony Layout

I need help!! We are going slightly non-traditional with things. What is the proper layout. This is what we are doing:

Welcome
Apache Wedding Blessing
Song by my cousin
Reading by my cousin
Personal Vows
Exchange of Rings
Blessing
Declaration of Marriage
Presentation of Couple

What order should this all be in?

After the processionals and the welcome, usually the declaration is first followed by the readings and then the vows and exchanging of rings and then the blessing.  I believe the presentation of the couple happens after the declaration and before the readings but I am not 100%.

I want to add, after looking through my own layout, we have a declaration of intention which is first, but then after the the exchanging of vows and rings there is a declaration of marriage which is then followed by the blessing.  We are being married in a methodist church so our layout is pretty much spelled out for us.
