Does anyone know someone that does website design? An organization I'm a part of is trying to revamp their website and we are having a hard time finding someone.

Have you looked at advertising/branding agencies?  The only company I know of that might do something like that is One Fast Buffalo, and I only know about them because a friend works there.

Ditto what professor said. Branding/Advertising/Graphic Design agencies might be a good bet. Level Two is a smaller but well reputable one here in Dallas.
