Cant do my own vows bc I will cry all through them

I have decided that there is no way I can recite my hand written vows bc I am such a big cry baby when it comes to that stuff. My FI and I say those deep emotional thoughts to each other in private often and I just dont think I can get through making my deepest feeling public without crying. I cant say Grace at our family gatherings bc I cry. Such a weinie!!! lol

    LoL.  I feel the same way!  But my groom really wants to do them, so I told him to just have tissues ready for me! hehehe

    That's exactly why I'm not doing them! We decided to write letters and have our MOH/BM exchange them for us right before the ceremony. Much less crying in public. lol.

    that is why I don't want to write my own either .... however the fiancee is insisting we do it ... he is such a good writer he'lll be putting mine to shame ... I already started them and my wedding is over a yr away lol

    This is exactly why I am not doing them! I will probably cry anyways... I am a freak. I guess that's part of being a woman. Cry when your'e happy, cry when your'e sad.. cry when your'e mad! Haha

    We both cried through our personal vows to each other although neither of us turned into the ugly cry. It was emotional and it was personal and its ok to cry.

    My fiance and I are also writing letters to exchange before the wedding...to read in private from each other. That way you can be as deep as you want and you can pour out your heart, but you wont have the stress of everyone watching or listening, either. It also makes for some good pictures with your photographer ;)
