Music theme?

So FI and I took a trip to a record store yesterday and he finally spoke up about a theme for the wedding. We did t really have anything set and haven't ordered anything so the transition will be fairly easy the only issue is I do t know how we can make it work. We are going to do a music theme and will be using old records for some of the decor if anyone has any suggestions for anything please feel free to comment thanks!!!

    That is what I am doing! MY FI and I have a vast record collection and are music festival junkies so it only made sense for us to incorporate it into our wedding.

    For our guest book we are framing four of our favorite albums for our guests to sign and are placing vases on top of records for the centerpieces. My grandpa passed away this year and his record collection was handed down to me. (which only consisted of 20 records from the 70's) Sadly they are so scratched up from being thrown in a closet that they are not playable. So I'm going to use them to accent our tables. I've also seen couples use 45" vinyl as table numbers. I even found mini record invitations to send, which look awesome but are too pricey for my budget.
