Wedding website photo issues

Im having the hardest time figuring out how to make my full length photos post. They are saved as such, but when i post them, they show them sideways with no option to rotate? any ideas?   errrrr!!!

If you're using the knot, I'd see about using a different site.  TK is really glitchy when it comes to websites.
