Went to a wedding show on Sunday ...

so I went to a local wedding show at the fairgrounds here in nc this weekend ...  I actually made my appt a David's Bridal for 9-15 when my sister comes into town... my mom of course insists that we are shopping to early - and therefore making me crazy about it

Luckily mom was not at the wedding show with me - I dragged along FI... he actually didn't have a bad time so I was happy -

we really sent concentrating on dj's and videographers - it seems like almost every dj has videography involved as well... which i guess is good - would kill 2 birds with one stone - problem is at the show - although I got cards and sinfo from just about every booth and had conversations with most as well - i cannot remember who went with which card because we talked to so many - so if you go to a wedding show - and talk to people - try to come up with a way to remember who goes with which info...

    I almost went to that show too ! But we decided not to since we went to Raleigh for a concert friday night. Glad you enjoyed it. The dj we are looking to get was also there :)

    Take a Lil note book with you and write something about each of them to keep track. 

    Also if you can print out address lables with email and all that good stuff saves your hand and time! 

    I am not really a fan of them I think they have to much going on and it is easy to feel overwhelmed.

    I went with the sole purpose really to get some info on djs - so i did accomplish what i wanted - i have about 10 djs to look at and compare and contrast - AND book soon - a few are already booked for my date -9-28-2013... 
    I also went to look at cake info - but really there were only 2 cake places - but my "how would you do a tie dye cake " question was answered by 1 better than the other - at least i think - AND their cake tasted amazing -

    yeah i didn't really think about jotting down stuff until after the fact - i really thought i would remember based on the info they handed me - was definatley wrong
