RH dinner ideas

Hola! I need venue ideas for the RH dinner. We need somewhere in South Arlington or Fort Worth down town area. We will have a party of 28 and are trying to keep the budget including drinks (soda/tea) to $15pp.

Any ideas????

I'm not sure if these will fit into your budget but I'm pretty sure these places do rehearsal dinners and are in or near downtown FW. Definitely call them for prices.

    Cantino Laredo
    Mac's
    Glorias

Also, we had our RD at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens restaraunt and it wasn't too expensive, it's also only a couple exits west of downtown off of 30. Here is their menu - if you scroll down to the red page there are large buffet options that range from $17.50 - $22.00 a person. We had the italian buffet and it was soo good!

Pappa's Burger! I had mine there and they were GREAT to work with and I think... this was 2 years ago so I could be wrong... It was $10 a person for burger/fries/shake. They have a private room and were great to work with!

We are thinking about using Los Vaqueros (its in the stockyards), they have a couple different options but you could get as low as like 8.95 pp for their Los Vaqueros dinner served as a buffet, or 10.95 for fajitas. Then add a 20% service fee on top for the tip, etc.

We are doing Joe T. Garcia's. I'm not sure about all of the details but I'm pretty sure that they are pretty budget friendly.

Brooke-they've gone up on prices. My FI and I went over summer and it was 50.00 for the two of us......well including my drink and I think he had one or two beers...but still. :-/  They may do a discount for big groups though. :)

Not familiar with restraunts in S. Arlington, but maybe On The Boarder? Speg. Warehouse (if there is one)...

We are having ours at Cantina Laredo in downtown FW. I called and spoke with the manager and we were able to create a custom scaled down menu with only items that were under the price we wanted. The menus will be printed with our names and the date and placed at each seat. There was no additional charge for this.

You might try calling around to different restaurants and inquiring about this. I have planned lunches for my company at other restaurants and have done this, so it seems like it is pretty common.

Thanks ladies, Pappas was my original pick but he decided he wanted more of a "dinner" and/or relaxed atmosphere. We've never even been to Pappas, I just liked the price. So.. it's still on the back burner, but we'll look into Cantina Laredo and Abuleos. I'm also going to try BJ's brewhouse off of I-20 and Matlock but I'm not sure if they have a private area.
