So we had our engagement party at my parent's house this past Saturday. It was perfect! All our friend's and fam were there. My fiance gave a little speech and got choked up in the middle of it. He looked at me and I knew he was about to cry. (He is a macho man than does jiu jitsu btw.) I stood up and hugged and kissed him and everyone was hooting and clapping for us! I feel so lucky to know I am going to be his rock for the rest of our lives and vice versa.
Our engagement photos are on September.12th. It seemes like things are moving right along. Everyone I know says even though we are about a year away from the big day time will fly by. I'm enjoying the start of the festivities and can't wait for what's to come! Yahooooo!
