I've actually been good this November and stayed away from internet usage. I'm almost ready to cross the NaNoWriMo finish line so I thought I'd take a break and see what's been happening here. Lots of threads about checks! Woo hoo!

My FI was tries to the NaNoWriMo every year, but doesn't get as much finished as he makes as his goal.  But at least he tries. Kudos to you for setting your mind to it and doing it!

I'm so glad everything work out. What's the word on DVC cruises? I would think they would be cooler than regular disney cruises?

I actually just booked my cruise a couple weeks ago. I was having problems finding a room with a balcony and I was thinking about you and how you had already booked your cruise and how I should have moved my butt...

From what I've heard we get two stops at Castaway Cay (they eliminated the Nassau stop which is fine by me because we weren't planning to get off the ship there), you get gifts every evening in your stateroom ((clicky of past gifts)), gratuity is included, there's supposedly guest speakers and special presentations (mixed reviews on these. Apparently most of thre presentations are just DVC marketing). I've also been told by our friend who has sailed on one before that there will be fewer families so it feels less crowded and there are fewer children and it can seem like more of an adult cruise.
