So, I emailed our photographer two days ago, he called while I was working and I'm sooo close to having our engagement photo session set up.  And he's still offering a discount for us to pay in full, so FI's dad is helping us out and we'll have the photographer paid in full next week!  Such a relief :-)

That is such a great idea! I never thought about discounts if you can pat in full... I need to start learning to negotiate! Congrats on getring the photographer and for your savvy savjnf money skills! :
