We finally talked to church friends who have been trying to sell their house and we love their house!  We are doing a rent to own on their house and I am super excited!! The house needs some work done on it but I think that is fun to do! We are able to start work on the house in April but aren't moving in until August!!! Soooo Excited!!

yay! we are moving back to my mom's house. She can't manage all the bills and the maintance on her own. We are putting an addition on so she will have her own living and bathroom we will just share the kitchen. We have SOOOOO much work to do and are moving at the end of March. Wish we could have gotten a lot more done esspecially the addtion before we moved back, but it didn't work out that way. Good luck with the work!!!

I found a great deal on a condo, not sure if we can get it.  I've lived at home my entire life, and scared to tell my mom I'm even thinking of moving (although I'm sure she knows, lol). My mom may be losing her job soon, so I'm scared to move out, becuase I don't want her to struggle (although my sister and her family also live here). Anyone else feel guilty about leaving home?
