I finally booked our Jop! I am so happy with the decision. I also have our venue, flowers, dj, photographer, makeup, dress, hotel blocked std's and invites... am I missing something? Why am I freaking out?

I'm planning my wedding in va beach because my fiance is stationed here so I stress out daily. I only have 2 weeks vacation which i used some for the holidays so the only time I get to go home is in may for 4 days (the rest i got to save for wedding/hm) i will then meet all my vendors which are already booked. I will have to do my one and only fitting, taste tests...basically everything you would do closer to the wedding ill have to do it in those few days. I just hope I didnt make a wrong decision...with my vendors.

My parents are fighting over who they want to invite which is frustrating because we are the ones paying for it and I literally have been begging them for their invite list and their addresses so I can send out my save the dates at the end of the month...so far nothing.

In between that, work, school and the possibility of my fiance getting deployed im losing my head....sorry just had to vent....

Awww.  Deep breath.  It's going to be OK.  You'll figure it out and it's all going to come together and you're GETTING MARRIED!!!  Yay!!!  (See?  You even have a personal cheerleader!)

That is a lot to deal with on top of planning out of town! I feel for you girl! I am also going through the same thing with the guest list- the only difference is FMIL is invitng 60% of the guests and my parents are paying for 75% of the wedding and FMIL will not give me her complete list so I know how stressful that can be.

I would say just make a monthly checklist of things you want/need to get done both personally and for the wedding. Make sure you stick to the list and stay on track- this should help with some of the strss.

As far as your FI possibly getting deployed, try not to stress or worry about that too much. It is one of those things that is out of your control and what be will be. Stay focused on your to do list and count down the days until your big day!

Jperdomo- I'm jealous you're getting marriend in Narragansett!  My dad's extended family is all in the South Counties and Newport area.  They tried to convince us to do a destination wedding in RI last summer when we visited, but we have the majority of family out here in WNY.  Have a beautiful wedding and best of luck with the vendors!!
