I have to work again tonight at the children's hospital.  Sigh. I shouldn't complain because it is practically free money, but bah.  I just wanted to relax tonight!

Otherwise, not much thankfully!  Other than again, not so patiently waiting for e-pics.  3 weeks and one day in counting! 

FI said that in the business world, "3 weeks" could mean any day in the 3rd week.  I don't know if I believe him or if he is just messing with me.  Grumble.

I'm (wedding) hungover from last week.  I got so much done it was fantastic but now I'm burned out for the week.  My shoes should get here so I'm sure I'll try them on and then put them away for a bit.  My Save the Dates should also get here and knowing me I'll start to address some of them.  So there's that.

NWR: I need to clean out my car and get an oil change.  Somehow my trunk got filled with stuff so it all needs to come out and be organized.  FI and I are going to train for a 5K so I'm starting running tonight.  If I'm not around tomorrow, you'll all know why...

Went to a bridal show yesterday and FI went with. It was fine except for the color change issue came up again when we were looking at decor soooooo I conceded this time. My week shall be full of looking for decor and reprogramming myself to look at Malibu blue. Not much going on at work until Thursday and Friday. Long drawn out days im not looking forward to.

I feel like I have so much to get started this week! I finally went to try on dresses this weekend so I'm figuring out where else I should look and trying to get an idea of other dresses I want to see...I don't know how everyone does this so easily! I am hoping to get my dress ordered before Christmas rolls around... we'll see how that goes, it's a little hard because I just moved 3 hours away and I went back home to try on dresses with my mom, so I know I have to get in a few more trips. 

I have a lot of NWR things to do this week - we're having a thanksgiving potluck at work tomorrow so I have some cooking to do tonight (funny...cause I am so not a cook), and then I have about 200 thanksgiving cards to get out as thank you's for a fundraiser my family had earlier this year... I'm still hunting down addresses and organizing the names, but those need to get out ASAP! ahhhh

Plus my fiance and I are going to Florida the week before Christmas so I have to start getting together some ideas of what we're doing/buying park tickets and all that jazz...

I always feel like I have a million things I should be doing! And here I am wasting time trying to be a little more active on the boards

I'm hoping my Save the Dates will arrive this week! It's like Christmas, waiting for the package to come in the mail.  I'll start addressing them but probably will wait until January to send them.

Nothing WR this week really. I am trying to finalize the guest list, easier said than done. When that is finalized, I will start addressing my STD that came in last week. I wont send them until around Feb I think.

NWR: I have a job interview tomorrow and trying to make a good effort at the gym this week. I went 4 days last week, including Friday...BIG accomplishment for me.

WR:  Trying to finalize centerpiece ideas; I just found 1000 on Pinterest that caught my eye, and none of which are what I'd already planned.  I'm getting all of my ideas lined up and deciding where to put what and how, and that is a little time-consuming.

NWR:  Decide what I am actually making to contribute to Thanksgiving this year: so far it's mac and cheese, homemade cranberry sauce, an apple cake, and cherry pie.  Still have to decide on 3rd dessert.  I also need to get to the market for my annual mini-Thanksgiving at home, which I will be making this weekend.  I'm the slacker who didn't realize until this morning that Thanksgiving is only next week!

 I know I havent been on this board very much but we just hit the 299 days mark...yay! So I thought I should pop in and say Hi.....Hi

This week we are going to david's bridal to check out bridesmaid's dresses. thankfully they have a variety of sizes. The other two bridal shops we went to had dresses in 8, 10, and 12...which did not work out well for my girls

And I just ordered samples from cardsandpockets.  Hopefully, they will come in this week.

I need to order the save the dates this week.  Might not be on here much this week because my boss told me I could work all the hours I wanted to this week.  (Extra honeymoon money!)  I'm not sending save the dates until January so they don't get mixed up with my Christmas cards I send every year.

Well this past weekend one of my bridesmaid dresses came in - considering she ordered it 2 weeks ago and was told it wouldn't be in until january it was surprising...
so 2 more bridesmaids dresses left to come in also told january and december


and of course my dress ... waiting for that to come in - but okay with it taking awhile


I have to seriously sit down and try to nail down how much everything is going to cost - i have ball park figures - but i need to get my dj and figure the math out for how much the ceremony and reception and everything are going to total - after services fees and taxes -

WR:  I need to start looking for a JP to marry us!  We toyed with the idea of having a relative do it but we have too many people to choose from.  Also I need to meet with our florist to see if my centerpieces are even doable within our budget.

I feel like I'm in a little wedding slump! I got so much done so early that now I kinda just feel like I'm waiting around.

We picked up both our wedding bands this weekend, I made FI hide mine, because every chance I got, I was putting it on!

I guess I'll be working on  the Save the Date's. I'm designing it myself, and all the graphics are done, I just need to figure out colors. I'm rooting succulents for the centerpieces, so I just have to be on my gardening game. 

My reception dress lace should be delivered in a few weeks so that's a huge project that I'm looking forward to!
