I ordered cake toppers a month before my October 2nd wedding date for my out-of-state wedding at my parents' house. When I arrived in town the week before the wedding, the cake toppers (the one and only item I'd ordered from the company) hadn't come. It took numerous calls and emails to speak to an actual person, and when I finally got through to someone, two days before the wedding, I got a curt apology that they wouldn't make it, and the rep said, "It's not a big deal." Excuse me, but this is my wedding, and it IS a big deal. They're in the wedding business and should realize that their job is to get purchases to customers in a timely manner (before the wedding). Even more maddening, they were apparently importing the cake toppers from Canada, and the cake toppers hadn't shipped from Canada yet--surely, they must have known WELL BEFORE my call that my toppers weren't going to arrive to their headquarters in NY state in time to be shipped to California. But I never received an email update saying my shipment would be late, a call, or anything.
Learned from this experience that the big craft chain Michael's carries inexpensive cake toppers. I was only able to find blonde cake toppers there, but one of my bridesmaids proved handy with a brown Sharpie marker. Go with Michael's, definitely NOT with All For Your Wedding.

I'm so sorry you had to go throught all that! How stressful!
For other brides: Please research companies before giving them your money. I pulled up the BBB report on the company the OP mentions and it's horrible! Don't forget to research. It could save you a headache.
