organza bag size help

We're having personalized hershey miniatures as wedding favors but are unsure what size organza sheer bags would be good. There will be 2 minis in each bag. Not sure to go with 3x4 size or the 4x6. Anyone know what size 2 bars will fit in?  Thanks!

    I think two Hershey miniatures would fit best in a 3x4 bag. A 4x6 would look a bit empty, in my opinion.

    agreed. we used 4x6 for our candy buffet and they held tons of candy
