corked mini wine bottles?

Hey everyone!

I'm really stuck on the idea of having mini wine bottles as favors, but my venue insists that any wine given out as a favor must be in a corked bottle.  I have had absoutely zero luck finding any, and was wondering if anyone on here knows where I can find some?  It'd be great if it was cheap, too (within the realm of $1 each, as that's about what they go for in screw-top form at the grocery story).
