Coasters or Cookies?

I am having a winter wedding and was planning on glass snowflake coasters as favors, but I see so many preferences for edible favors. Are the coasters a good idea, or should I consider maybe a large snowflake shaped cookie?

    I like the idea of the coasters, but in a larger set size like Stage has mentioned. Cookies on the other hand are pretty much win win!

    I think the coasters sounds cute but I would have to agree with everyone, cookies are amazing : )

    I wouldn't want the coasters because those kind of coasters don't absorb the water, it just spills off onto the table you're trying to protect.  They're pretty and decorative, just not useful.  I'd take the cookies though.

    I guess it depends on the cookies as well. If the cookies are cheap and not very tasty I would probably rather have the coasters-assuming they are at least a set of 4. Less than 4 is pointless.

    Definately the cookies.  Coasters can be thrown in a drawer and forgotten about, cookies, however, are enjoyed right away.  Plus- everybody likes cookies!

    For 2 coasters vs cookies I will always choose cookies.  Two coasters are not that helpful for me so I'd be more interested as a guest about the cookies.

    I recommend cookies.   My last yard sale included 12 sets of coasters received as favors at various weddings and conference events.

    cookies! Ive gotten the coasters before.. and they just were not my style and ended up giving them away... cookies all the way!
