Just a quick question on when to tip the photographer (he works for a bigger company)- at the end of the night, or once the final product is done? I assumed it would be the end of the night, but my mom just mentioned maybe doing it after we see the pictures and also send a thank you letter.
Your thoughts?
Also, our whole package is $2k. If I tipped 20%, that would be an additional $400. I have no problem tipping that if 20% is the norm, I just want to double check. (if it matters, he is the only photographer, with us for 12 hours).
Re: When to tip photographer?
Sorry I thought I was in etiquette!
Our photographer also works for a company we hired. On our contract, it was indicated that photographers are getting tipped between $50-$100. Hope that's helpful for you.
